PLANNING PROCESS
At the time of booking, you may already have a venue secured or be in the process of selecting one. I’m happy to offer insight and share my perspective on the venue candidates you’re considering. In our initial meetings, we’ll dive into your wedding vision, budget, and priorities. I’ll also take time to learn your love story, the meaningful moments you’ve shared, and the things you enjoy doing together—so I can help you plan a wedding that truly reflects who you are.
I’ll create a customized planning timeline and check in regularly to ensure everything stays on track. Once your venue and date are confirmed, I’ll recommend vendors that align with your style, budget, and values. I’ll also join you in vendor interviews to help curate the best team to bring your dream wedding to life.
As your planner, I’ll be your strongest advocate. I value your time and commit to responding within two business days—though I often reply even sooner. We’ll meet virtually on a regular basis, with up to 9 hours of planning sessions included.

DAY OF SERVICES
On the day of your wedding, I will arrive at the venue 2–3 hours before guest arrival to oversee setup, manage the layout, and coordinate with all vendors. I’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your vendor team and handle every logistical detail to ensure the day flows smoothly and according to plan.
I will assist with setting up décor such as centerpieces, the welcome sign and table, guest favors, and more. If any issues arise, I’ll move through them calmly and efficiently—so you don’t have to worry about a thing. At the end of the celebration, I’ll oversee the teardown and ensure all personal items and décor are handled with care.
My goal is to fully support you and your partner so you can focus on enjoying the day—soaking in the love, joy, and celebration with your family and friends.
Additional Support & Travel Fees:
For guest counts over 125: +$200 for an additional on-site wedding assistant
For venues 30–74 miles from OR 97113: $50/hour travel compensation
For venues 75–100 miles away: $50/hour travel + two nights of accommodation (before and after the wedding); separate room required for a male assistant
Travel fees apply to both the wedding day and rehearsal
