A Women’s Month Transformative Immersion Day

Founding Immersion | March 29

A one-day, intimate immersion for women who have spent years giving to everyone else—and are finally ready to reinvest in themselves.

It’s for the woman who:

• Feels tired, stretched thin, or unseen

• Has told herself she’s “too old,” “too late,” or “not enough”

• Has devoted her youth, energy, and resources to family, career, children, or caregiving

• Hasn’t had space to simply be held, celebrated, and reflected back with kindness

This experience is an invitation to pause, soften, and remember who you are beneath the roles you carry.

All women are welcome. All bodies are welcome.

Why This Experience Exists

When I turned 40, I struggled deeply with body image. I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror without judgment.

What surprised me most was that modeling—when done in an inclusive, safe, non-toxic environment—became one of the most healing experiences of my life.
It reminded me of something I had forgotten: I was still beautiful. Still powerful. Still enough.

Over time, I’ve created and hosted many inclusive photoshoots and immersive experiences. Again and again, women tell me:

“I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”
“This was healing.”
“I feel like myself again.”

SEEN & ENOUGH is an extension of that healing—created intentionally for women who are ready to be seen, heard, and supported.

This is not a rushed photoshoot. This is not surface-level self-care.

This is a slow, intentional, joy-filled immersion designed to:

• Reconnect you with your body and inner confidence

• Help you feel seen, celebrated, and affirmed

• Create memories you can return to on hard days

• Build genuine connection with like-minded women

With a small, intimate group of only 5 women, the space remains safe, personal, and deeply supportive.

You will be fully supported every step of the way—no modeling experience required.

This is about seeing yourself clearly—not performing.

Story Circle and Connection

In the late afternoon, we gather for a guided heart-to-heart story circle.

This is a space to:

• Share your journey (only if you wish)

• Name what’s been holding you back

• Speak what you’re ready to release

• Receive support without fixing or judgment

You are never required to share—but you are always welcomed.

This is where women realize they are not alone.
