    PLANNING PROCESS

I’ll meet with you and your partner to understand your wedding vision, budget, and priorities. I want to hear your love story, the meaningful memories you’ve shared, and the things that bring you joy as a couple—because these details help me design a celebration that feels uniquely you.

I’ll create a customized planning timeline and check in regularly to ensure everything stays on track. Once I have a clear understanding of your vision and priorities, I’ll begin researching venue options that align with your style and budget. The venue search can take anywhere from two weeks to a few months—once the venue and date are finalized, we’ll move on to building your dream vendor team. I’ll join you in interviewing vendors to ensure we find the right professionals who truly support your wedding vision.

As your planner, I’ll be your strongest advocate. I deeply value your time and commit to responding within two business days—though I often reply even sooner. We'll meet virtually on a regular basis to keep everything moving forward with ease and confidence.

  • Three people posing for a wedding photo. The bride is wearing a white dress and holding a bouquet of red and yellow flowers. The groom is in a navy suit. The third person, likely a guest, is wearing a yellow blazer. A backdrop with flowers is behind them.

    DAY OF SERVICES

My goal is to fully support you and your partner on your wedding day—so you can relax, have fun, and truly enjoy the celebration of your love with your closest family and friends.

On the day of your wedding, I’ll arrive 2–3 hours before guest arrival to oversee venue setup and ensure everything aligns with your layout and vision. I’ll manage vendor arrivals, serve as the primary point of contact, and handle all logistical details to keep the day running smoothly.

From setting up decor like centerpieces, welcome signage, favors, and more, to problem-solving any last-minute surprises, I’ll be there every step of the way. At the end of the celebration, I’ll also oversee the teardown and ensure decor items are handled with care.
