Designer Bernabe, known for his crochet fashion, is bringing his crochet paw-mance to Shi's Dog Fashion Show.

According to Bernabe @crochetbyburntothebee, 🧶crochet is more than a craft—it's a legacy of tradition I grew up with in my Mexican household, watching my mother and grandmother work tirelessly on their doilies 🪢.

As a designer, I create crochet couture that blends vibrant colors to spark joy and timeless neutrals to evoke elegance. My designs seamlessly transition from the runway to everyday life, and I'm thrilled to extend that creativity to our beloved pets, letting them shine in unique and joyful styles.

Designer Blaire @freshlyfuji is a Japanese American artist and designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s a proud mom of two adopted senior pups, Frankie and Penny, who serve as her beloved muses. Blaire is the founder of Freshly Fuji, a blog and design studio that inspires individuals to engage with their creativity. Through her colorful crafts, cute illustrations, and dog costumes, Blaire hopes to inspire us all to savor life and create our own joy.

Blaire’s love for designing dog costumes began with the challenge of finding high-quality, well-fitting outfits for her pups. Drawing from decades of sewing experience, she creates one-of-a-kind costumes inspired by iconic characters from film and animation. Each design is crafted with care, attention to detail, and comfort in mind. Blaire especially enjoys creating coordinated family costumes every year—and her playful designs have earned recognition in multiple dog costume contests.

Designer Fine Karunamit

Designing clothing woke me up from the life I was living and became my passion. I grew up in Thailand between the edge of the big city and the peaceful natural world.

Following in my family’s footsteps to become a registered nurse, I experienced an internal questioning of my life’s path. I asked myself a thousand times what I really want to do with my life and what my next chapter would be. Through the noise of society boiling around me I started to feel simple truths about myself creating garments for others. My inspiration came from  memories surrounded by nature and the edgy, evolving styles of city life. I draw deep satisfaction from making moving art pieces that imbue their wearer a natural confidence.
