    PLANNING PROCESS

Approximately 60 days before your wedding, I’ll reach out to schedule our first coordination meeting. Before we meet, I’ll ask you to upload all signed vendor contracts and relevant planning details to the shared folder I created for you at booking.

    First Meeting:
We’ll start by checking in—how you're feeling, where you are in the planning process, and what areas you may need support with. We’ll go over your wedding vision, entertainment plans, overall flow, and timeline. We'll also review your décor ideas, seating arrangements, vendor list, and ceremony details such as the wedding party lineup, unity ceremony, and more.

    Second Meeting:
This meeting will focus on following up on any outstanding items from our first call. We’ll also coordinate your wedding rehearsal schedule based on your wedding party’s availability and travel plans.

    Third Meeting (Final Planning Session):
In our final call, we’ll finalize the full timeline, layout, vendor contact list, and drop-off plans for rentals, décor, and other key items. I’ll also encourage you to carve out a date night together before the big day—to enjoy some quality time and take a breath before the celebration. After this meeting, I’ll officially take over all remaining coordination and serve as your point of contact from that point forward.

Each of these meetings will be a 1-hour video call.
Two weeks before your wedding, I’ll distribute all final details to your key vendors—ensuring everyone is aligned and fully prepared to support your day.

    DAY OF SERVICES

On your wedding day, I will arrive at the venue at least two hours before guest arrival to oversee setup, manage the layout, and coordinate with all vendors. I’ll serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring every logistical detail is handled so the day flows smoothly and according to plan.

I’ll assist with setting up décor such as centerpieces, the welcome table, signage, favors, and more. Should any unexpected issues arise, I’ll manage them calmly and efficiently—so you don’t have to. At the end of the celebration, I’ll also oversee teardown and ensure your décor items are packed and cared for properly.

My goal is to fully support you and your partner so you can focus on being present, celebrating, and enjoying every moment with your loved ones.
